Hike up the verdant valleys and bike down the thrilling descents of the High Atlas

For those short of time but in need of a spot of adventure, this is the ideal hike-bike solution, focusing on the closest area of the High Atlas to Marrakech. Even at only at hour from the bustling capital of the south it's easy to find tranquility and serenity in this area of the Toubkal National Park. Two days of hiking and two days of biking take us from the end of the tarmac road in the Ourika Valley up to Morocco's premier ski resort at Oukaimeden before we descend on mountain bikes along dirt roads and singletracks down to Imlil and over the Kik Plateau to the Takerkaust Lake. There's also a chance for an optional tandem paraglide jump on the last day of the tour and afterwards there's the opportunity to unwind in the famous medina of Marrakech where we stay in a traditonal "riad" guest house.

	Day 1 : Arrive Marrakech
	Overnight 3 star hotel
	Day 2 : Drive to Setti Fatma, hike 5 hours through a beautiful valley
	to Timichi. Overnight gite.
	Day 3: Trek up to Oukaimeden (2700m) over 3000m pass
	Overnight mountain lodge
	Day 4 : Bike 50km down to Imlil, overnight auberge
	Day 5 : Bike onto the fabulous Kik plateau and descend to Lalla
	Takerkaust Lake. Optional paraglide. Transfer to Marrakech.
	Day 6 : Depart Marrakech
